This proposal not only seeks to invigorate the city’s commercial sector but also aims to enhance the quality of urban life by providing centrally located residential accommodations. Embodying our commitment to innovation, we are furthering our exploration of timber construction by incorporating a timber canopy spanning across the courtyards. This feature serves a dual purpose, offering protection from Windhoek’s intense inland sun while also adding a distinctive aesthetic element to the project.
